Respond to the following scenario:
Your students need practice with some contextualized speaking and listening opportunities, evidenced by lack of response in class discussions, and lack of growth in language development. Some of your ELLs are still in the Pre-Production stage, but should be in Early Production as they are in Year 2 of their language program. You want to move them to the next stage as quickly as possible in your mixed-ability, inclusion classroom of 28 students.
