Scenario Response 7

I like to use sentence frames and sentence starters. I use this already as part of accountable talk which is a useful strategy for all my students. It gives students categories on how they can respond and then options on how to start their sentences. It takes some of the planning of their response out of the equation so they can focus more on how they want to respond. I would try to pair students of they same native tongue, especially if one is able to translate.
