Mod 8 Discussion: Tiering and Scaffolding in My Classroom

To address diverse reading abilities, I plan to implement the Tiered Text Approach with scaffolding. This strategy offers multiple versions of the same text with varying difficulty levels, allowing students to access content at their appropriate reading level. Additionally, I will incorporate scaffolding techniques like pre-reading anticipation guides, graphic organizers mid reading and post-reading small group discussions. So every learner gets what they need out of the lesson.
