Scenario Response 2

When getting any new student I welcome them in my class and I ask what their name is and what they are called at home. I let the student guide me to their beliefs  and background sometimes I will look up the culture. If the parents speak no english I will find an interpreter and if I can not find one I use google translator.  As an administrator I would try to learn as much as I could about the familys to inform my teachers so that they would not be out in the cold. I would provide support by having a open door to any help even finding programs and translators if needed,
