Mod 8 Video Discussion

During my lessons, we practice the close reading techniques. We start recognizing cognates and we highlight important phrases and main ideas in each paragraph. I believe this allow the student to improve the writing skills because they can see the structure of the language. I am learning more about the scaffolding techniques which I think is very useful with our ELL students.
