Jin has some issues with vocabulary and can't comprehend the complex language for this assignment. To prepare Jin for future test the teacher should provide him with opportunities to practice reading, highlight key vocabulary, introduce him to a word bank with common vocabulary used for writing prompts. The teacher can also provide Jin some sentences starters to develop his ideas and thoughts. This can be a good practice to use the vocabulary and also to  reduce the pressure of starting from scratch.
