The teacher needs to build a relationship with the student to gain trust. While doing that, this relationship can be an in to the teacher so they can have a better understanding of their cultural background and anything else they might need to know. This way, the teacher, or whoever is making the FBA, can know what questions to add or omit for this student. Simply doing research on the cultural background of this student before making the FBA will probably bring a lot of positive behaviors towards the test.

I agree. The relationship between teacher/ test administrator and student is a very essential factor for students to feel secure and confident, willing to learn and do better in any test.
