I will investigate the student's background and culture of behavior. I believe that creating a safe environment where students feel understood, respected and secure is the key to foster a positive communication and behavior. By understanding the student's cultural background we can understand their behaviors and develop interventions that are more effective and promote positive changes on their behaviors leading to a more successful outcome.
