Module 14 Discussion: What Has Changed?

Some things that have changed about language instruction is first and foremost technology. 

There are so many apps that are at our disposal to make language instruction more interactive with students. 

In addition, the call for differentiation is a big difference. When I was a student, we all received the same assignment. Now, education is far more individualized. 

Things that have stayed the same are the standards. The standards help guide planning and execution of lessons. Also developing skills over time hasn't changed much. We still focus on listening, speaking, reading and writing at the core of language learning.
