In order to accommodate all students and their varied abilities, different language stages and academic achievement levels, I would mix groups of high, medium and low small groups. I would also peer group within the groups to achieve maximum results, placing a higher achiever with either a average or low achiever to assist with the learning process whether it is in proper language usage or academic challenges. As result of this type of grouping, the hope is that each student will gain not only academically but socially and behaviorally; though longer time of staying on-task. This would also help achieve a higher working experience for the students as increasing the student's ability to handle jigsaw grouping and the acceptance of peer feedback.
