Scenario Response 2

For my students from different culture backgrounds, I would have an open house where I invite parents and students to come to the classroom and meet me personally, and communicate with them the goal for the class. I would build that relationships with these parents meaning they can call or email me anytime with updates about questions or concerns regarding their child. 

As an administrative role, I would have a culture night, where parents, students, and teachers are coming together. They would bring a dish from their country and put on dances and share experiences with the entire learning community. This is a way to break those barriers and build relationships with parents, students, and teachers.
