Module 14 Discussion: What Has Changed?

The shift in high quality education has been from teacher-centered to student-centered.  Getting families involved within the student's education is new and emphasis is on educating the whole child.  Schools that have high quality education are the ones that promote cooperative learning and exploration among the students.  Long-gone are the days where lecture style teaching is effective on a regular basis.
