This student is at the beginning stage of writing. They have ideas but need help organizing their thoughts, using the correct words, and writing complete sentences.

I would use sentence starters, examples, and graphic organizers to help the student organize their writing. In PE and Health, I could use short reflections about activities to help them practice writing and build confidence.
