Mod 10 Video Discussion

I think this could work well in my classroom by keeping the directions simple and giving students lots of examples. In PE and health, I could use the same idea when teaching new vocabulary. For example, if we are learning about body parts or different movements, I could say the word, show a picture or demonstrate it, and then have students repeat it and use it during the activity.

For ELL students, I would make a few changes by using more pictures, demonstrations, and gestures so they can connect the words with the meaning. I would also give them extra time to practice with a partner before asking them to say the words in front of the class. I think this helps students feel more confident and makes learning new vocabulary easier.
