Mod 8 Video Discussion

I would definitely use the labels and drawing method in my own work with my students.  I see so many skills being utilized in this strategy.  The students are using their creative thinking skills by creating funny names for the animals.  They are learning to identify adjectives by using their creative thinking skills to create funny names to describe the animals.  They are also using their fine motor skills to cut out and match the pieces for the students that need to strengthen those skills, and they are allowed to express themselves in ways other than verbal.
