The suggestion from the Data action plan I feel is important and the relevance to my research action process is creating a data collection timeline.  Although I am not a classroom teacher, I do run PLC with the teachers in my department, and I can get them to understand the importance of the data collection timeline.  This is relevant to my research process because of the structure it will give me for gathering information.  I can also express to the teachers the importance of them gathering information on their students.  I want the teachers to focus on improving the students score and this will help.  It would show me how many teachers are actually collecting data on their students and attempting to make gains. This timeline will also help me decide which teachers need to improve on their data collection, and how often I need to check on the teachers' data collection and how long the process should take, and which teachers need help.
