Mod 1 Video Discussion

I love that the teacher combined the verbal word, with the written word, and then the physical action associated with the word.  Combining all of those help people learn words and language quicker and help them remember!  That strategy is powerful!  When you combine movement with anything students need to learn for academics, it's going to help them remember because you are using both sides of the brain.  

I do try to combine movement with words where ever I can, but I would like to incorporate more of it in my classroom.  That would be one thing I could do to incorporate things from the video in my own classroom.
