I will use flexible cooperative learning techniques to provide students who have remained in the same groups throughout the year with fresh social and academic challenges. Based on continuous assessment data I would create small diverse student groups that combine different abilities backgrounds and energy levels. This teaching strategy creates positive interdependence while ensuring equal participation from all students who collaborate with their peers while maintaining clear roles and responsibilities. Students would engage in group projects and collaborative tasks while receiving individual assessments to track their growth. The educational strategy applies cooperative learning principles to stimulate social interaction and cognitive engagement while presenting academic challenges that help students build new skills and relationships within a nurturing environment.
