Mod 1 Video Discussion

A big part of the video that resonated with my style of teaching was the incorporation of modeling the action verbs.  Allowing the kids to find the word, say the word and then do the action is apart of cognitive learning that sticks with children heavily. Although I don’t have a para for help I do think having a community of teachers who can adapt to teach in similar ways helps each student as well. Moving forward this video has affirmed that the method of modeling actions as you teach is a positive way to reinforce learning at a base level.
