Mod 1 Video Discussion

The video was very informative. I love the way that the students are engaged and the teachers are fully committed to the growth and well being of the student population. I do my best to engage our ESOL students as this is my first year teaching ESOL students. I can see that there have been many adjustments made and the teachers have become very knowledgeable even if they don't speak another language. Due to our migrant population growing we have had to make several adjustments. I use a translator app most of the day and wish that there was another way for us to translate without having to use our personal devices.
