I would want to do an in service PL for half day to work on enhancing sight work recognition and fluency. 

First, we give the WHY and PURPOSE. Why is this important for us to review and for our kids. 

We will review understanding sight works and fluency. Next, ways to effectively instruct on vocabulary. What approaches can we use: repeat, multi-sensory, technology, etc. 

Groups will be able to look at upcoming lessons and plan with action on upcoming items.
