Mod 11 Discussion: Teaching Critical Literacy

One critical thinking exercise I would apply in my class is the bookmark technique. I think the bookmaker technique is a great way to break down students understanding of material. It also it a great scaffolding component with writing or drawing to display what students know about the text. It also is a great conversation starter to dive deeper during whole group instruction.
