Scenario Response 2

To alleviate cultural miscommunications for the student that has been placed in the classroom it's important to have an understanding of the culture so that one may anticipate miscommunications. I will research the cultures of the students in the classroom, invite families to and attend local events that align with the student's cultural backgrounds and be sure to plan accordingly with the divergent cultures in mind.

As an administrator I would be sure to have teachers share their best practices and agree to a standard of care.
