Whole Class: In class, we'd start with  interactive activities like group discussions or multimedia-based tasks to boost listening and speaking skills. I'd make sure instructions are crystal clear and model good communication for everyone to follow along. Adding in audio or video elements would mix things up and cater to different learning styles.

Buddies: Pairing up with a buddy is a great way to get some extra support. I'd match this student with a peer who's strong in communication and willing to lend a hand. Together, they could tackle role-plays or storytelling activities, bouncing ideas off each other and building their skills through teamwork.

Small Groups: In smaller groups, we'd focus on working together towards common goals. Group discussions or problem-solving tasks would get everyone involved and practicing their listening and speaking skills. Assigning roles within the group keeps things organized and ensures everyone has a chance to contribute.

Individual/One-to-One After School: For one-on-one sessions after school, it's all about personalized attention. We'd target specific areas for improvement, like pronunciation or presentation skills, and work on them together. I'd provide plenty of opportunities for the student to speak up and share their thoughts, with lots of encouragement and support along the way. These sessions would be a safe space for them to grow at their own pace.
