Scenario Response 5

After reading through the scenario, I instantly think of "Model Fluency" and "Enlist Tutors" as two different ways to build fluency. Modeling fluency is beneficial to all students, though it would be especially helpful to the beginner level bilingual students. Also, modeling for the students will eventually allow them to feel more confident, potentially allowing for other methods like "Readers Theater". My second idea was "Enlisting Tutors" as it was specifically mentioned that this class was not exposed to much outside enrichment. This would allow for the students to have opportunities to meet tutors that can assist with homework and encourage extracurricular reading.
