Mod 9 Discussion: Oral Language Support in My Classroom

Sentence starters have changed student discourse in my class and I want to incorporate more into discussion. My students use "I agree___" and "I disagree" but I would like to encourage them to use more sentence starters such as "My opinion is___" or "I think this because____"

Sentence starters have allowed students to be respectful of others during student discourse.
