Mod 5 Video Discussion

The video titled " How to Use Assessment For Effective Student Learning" addressed the use of rubrics. I can utilize rubrics in the classroom because they identify the standard and includes descriptions on if that student is above, below or at the standard. If a student is below the standard, you can quickly identify exactly what they are struggling on and address it with that student. In my classroom, I can also allow the students who score above the standard to help teach students who are at the standard and below the standard.
