Mod 8 Discussion: Tiering and Scaffolding in My Classroom

As an agriculture teacher, much of my content is science-based and can sometimes be tricky for students to grasp. After reading the different tiering and scaffolding approaches, I would use a graphic organizer for my students. Instead of offering this organizer after reading, I would offer it after a lesson. I would pair this with a PowerPoint and notes and would use it with most curriculum as a good way to recap what was covered.
