Mod 2 Discussion: What the Research Means to Me

When reading the research on ELL Outcomes, I feel that immersing the student in "regular classes" and allowing them to engage with students that are native to their second language is important. This allows the student to naturally learn this second language and keeps them from feeling excluded. It is also important to allow the student to work at a pace that is productive for them and to provide them with more time if needed.
