Module 15 Discussion: Engaging Families

We utilize the Remind app to keep parents involved in daily classroom activities. 

We send notices through this, as it is the only app our district has approved for communication.

When classwork isn't completed, students are obligated to complete it at home. If a student is far behind, Remind allows us to send the assignments through the app. In addition, our district has the student app portal access through the website, so they can also work on tasks assigned on Schoology, iReady, SAVVAS or Brainpop at home as well.
