The important guidelines for training would incorporate adaptability, flexible incorporation of new curriculum, ease in adopting, and a criteria sheet of important questions with which to review the new curriculum design.

My syllabus would contain an outline to reference as the class progressed.  It would contain a copy of the outline used in the assessment of the curriculum, a pre-test to inquire of previous knowledge about the curriculum being assessed and what the teachers expect of the curriculum, on-hands, engaging activities that would help in the assessment process of the curriculum, an actual review of the curriculum while teachers are in a group setting, a guided practice for implementing the curriculum, a question and answer session, a post quiz to help with the voting process of the new curriculum, and a rating review of training.
