Mod 7 Discussion: Data Action

Identifying learning gaps of our students is important because if the gaps are not closed they will only get bigger and the data should drive instruction. As teachers, we must make sure that we are meeting the needs of our students by giving formative assessment and exit tickets to ensure that the students are understanding and retaining the information. Data analysis must be done frequently and in a timely manner so that gaps can be identified and addressed.
