Mod 7 Discussion: Data Action

Being able to identify learning gaps within your data action plan is, in my opinion, the most important step.  If we as teachers aren't able to see those gaps in student learning, they'll only grow, making it nearly impossible for our students to facilitate a solid grasp of what they are being taught in the classroom.  Yes, every aspect of a data action plan is important and works with each component to form a comprehensive understanding of student learning, but to me, the one that needs to be most focused on in order to best serve our students is finding and filling those learning gaps.
