If I was hosting a training for the school staff on the adoption and adapting of curriculum, would most likely allow for adequate time for departments to work together and as well have time for interdisciplinary dialoguing/idea sharing.  I would be encouraging teams to support the need for  flexibility and ongoing evaluation/change, prioritizing content/standards and as well alignment to district improvement plan/building improvement plan, while making  sure to consider learners diversity across all grade levels.

I would create a syllabus that would look like an outline with step described and the pertinent goals for development. It would be informative, yet allow for thought provoking opportunities.  The in-servicing would be in a power point format, with supportive videos, and much of the information provided in this course to help bridge the learning gaps of the staff.  I would time to be allowed for collaborative sessions that are both broad and as well targeted towards subjects, individual student groups and as well have data that helps support the process.
