Mod 5 Video Discussion

I think what I need to improve on as a teacher is using the data so the students can show ownership over their learning. There are times that I feel pressure to stay on the pacing guides. Unfortunately, there isn't always time to discuss the data with students. If I want the students to succeed, I need to find the opportunity to share the data with the students in order to achieve the desired outcome.
