Module 3 Discussion: Moving Students Into a New Culture

According to the text "English language proficiency they are in, may never be fully accepted as American because they do not speak, and therefore look, like a native English speaker. Those who speak English well are presumed to know the rules of the culture." I have experienced a culture shock when visiting a new country. I felt embarrassed because I didn't know the customs of the country.
