In order to alleviate cultural miscommunications for students placed in my classroom, II have to foster cultural awareness. We should consider the cultural and linguistic challenges that families face to communicate. We have to be understanding and patient.

To prepare teachers as an administrator, I would start with training. We must be intentional about how we can properly prepare for these students.
