I would learn as much as I can about their cultural beliefs. That way I would better understand how to communicate with the particular students. I would also allow all the students to share regularly in our classroom about their different beliefs and about their culture so that we all learn from one another. This will also help to build trust and a sense of community in our classroom so that when things do come up we are able to be more understanding of the person.
