In this situation, I would use the following instructional strategies to ensure growth.  

1. Whole Class- Perform a courtroom scene or breakout room 

2. Buddies- I would use a think-pair-share or rally robin strategy  

3. Small Groups- Literature circle with specific roles at the tables 

4. Individual/One to one afterschool-  utilize game based learning approaches
