Module 1: Goals for This Course and Thoughts About Article

My goals for this course are to increase my knowledge in how to reach and assists ELL students in becoming proficient and to open my eyes to the needs and experiences of the many different cultures within our community.

The article "Teaching Tolerance" is definitely eye-opening.  There are many different aspects that I have not considered before.  I believe that many teachers with great intentions do cross lines that they do not even know exist.
