One of the final projects I give is a group PowerPoint project where they'll present the final product to administration and myself. 

I allow students to give appropriate feedback to themselves and then as a group. First students will be given a timeline of what must be completed and when. Students will be given a rubric or checklist of the requirements and what is expected of them. Next, students groups will review each group's presentation. Each team will present their PowerPoint to each other as a group in order to get them comfortable with presenting and so they may provide peer feedback. The peer feedback is recorded anonymously and returned to each group. Students then have time to use that feedback to improve their presentation before presenting it to me.
