In this situation, it appears Jin Wu has little issues with listening and speaking, however reading and understanding the comprehension of the writing may be confusing Jin. In this situation, we need to look at what supports Jin may need. Jin may need the prompt read to him beforehand and it may be a good idea to read the prompt out loud so that everyone can hear it. Also, graphic organizers should be added to instruction so that Jin (and everyone) can organize their thoughts more effectively before writing. Also, a word to word dictionary in Jin's language may help him in a situation like this.
