I think using paras as a support system is a great idea. Even if they are not teaching the whole class, they can still help ELL students understand the content and vocabulary. I agree that communication before the lesson is important so everyone knows the goals and how to support students. In PE, I think this can work well because students learn through activities, demonstrations, and teamwork.
