Mod 11 Discussion: Teaching Critical Literacy

I would like to apply more juxtaposition strategies in my lessons next year. I like the 4th exercise in which the teacher removes words that show bias, and students fill in the blanks with what they believe is correct. This exercise is socially revealing, creates space for potential humor in a lesson, and engages critical thinking skills.
