Mod 11 Discussion: Teaching Critical Literacy

This year I wanted to start back doing read-a-louds with my students to help build back the enjoyment of hearing or reading a "good" book. The Bookmark Technique would be a great way to not only give the students space/room to write their thoughts down but they are also thinking and brainstorming and getting a deeper understanding of the book. It would also give them an opportunity share their thought with a buddy or with the class.
