Mod 7 Discussion: Data Action

During PLC as a team we discuss what learning outcomes students need to achieve and we discuss ways to help them become successful. That might look like possibly breaking down the benchmark a little more to help grasp the concept gradually adding to the learning target.  We use data various assessments to discuss what are some learning gaps we see and how we can differentiate the lesson as well as develop an action plan to carry out with intentionality.
