What the research means to me is that no matter who the students are the ultimate goal is to make sure our ELL babies get appropriate and meaningful instruction that will steer them towards proficiency and mastery which includes educators to be well skilled and prepared as well as being knowledgeable about where and how English Language instruction is embedded in the curriculum.
