Mod 13 Video Discussion

I enjoyed how the two teachers worked so well together and focused on making sure when the students were paired up they were able to redirect and make sure they were understanding what they were supposed to be doing. Sometimes I wish I had a co-teacher. When the ESOL Para comes into class they help translate whatever it is we are doing for the students to help them better understand, which seems a little counter productive to everything I've been learning in this class so far. Being able to have someone with a different view point or a different way of breaking down the lesson could be beneficial, however.
