Mod 13 Video Discussion

I have no experience with co-teaching. What I do have are paras who come to class to help some ELL students. They cannot teach my lesson to the whole class, however, I can start usilizing them in a similar fashion as was shown in the video. I can communicate ahead of time to them what the unit, essential questions, and vocabulary are, and get input from them and other ELA teachers as how to effectively engage the ELL students in the concepts. Additionally, I can try to find a place in the classroom where they will not be too much of a distraction when doing this. I have had limited success with this from a management angle, and need to improvde it.
