Mod 8 Video Discussion

Writing does not always have to be in response to a story. Giving students the opportunity to write in different settings helps them appreciate that writing is all around us, and it comes in all forms. 

The Writing To Learn method can apply to science class very well, especially in situations where the students can look things up, and answere questions about a topic. In addition, there have always seemed to be more questions procuced, than solutions found, when looking things up in environmental science. The new questions raised can give the students a chance to try to answer them as well
